Some of Your Responsibilities:
- Fully own the B2C subscription based web product vision and roadmap, translating company growth targets into measurable experiments and product decisions.
- Prepare and continuously refine the backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, expected uplift, and speed of execution to ensure full alignment with business goals.
- Run a fast-paced experimentation engine across onboarding, paywall, trial and subscription flows.
- Design, launch and iterate A/B tests to improve key conversion metrics.
- Analyze the subscription funnel to uncover bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers to create conversion-focused UX that reduces friction.
- Work closely with developers to ship and validate quickly, ensuring ideas move to production in days, not weeks.
- Prepare clear, concise briefs that align teams around goals and metrics.
- Conduct competitive research and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
- Use data as the primary driver of decisions, proactively acting on insights to improve acquisition, conversion and subscription performance.
- Work closely with Mobile PM, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure aligned strategies, pricing logic, and value communication.
- Monitor subscription health and churn, taking action to improve retention.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Product Manager, ideally within B2C subscription-based products.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in funnel and behavioral analysis, with the ability to translate A/B test results into clear, actionable decisions.
- Proficient in managing Scrum processes, ensuring smooth, predictable delivery cycles.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers on technical topics and providing clear, structured guidance when needed.
- Exceptional UI sensibility, with an eye for detail and the ability to guide pixel-perfect design decisions.
- Familiar with core marketing and growth KPIs (Trial CR, signup→trial rate, paywall CR, churn, retention metrics) and comfortable using them in product decision-making.
- Capable of proposing innovative enhancements through competitor analysis and informed benchmarking.
- Excels at working with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, product managers — to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.
- Effectively advocates for web platform priorities and builds strong alignment across teams.
- Hands-on experience with essential tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Hotjar, Paddle/Stripe, SimilarWeb, Hotjar/FullStory, Figma, FigJam, and Jira, and comfortable navigating dashboards, UX flows, customer insights, and technical tickets.
