Some of your responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead recruitment efforts for Technology, Mobile, Software Development, Marketing positions.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Establish and update HR policies in line with global standards and company requirements.
• Support organizational growth by implementing best practices from headquarters.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Ensure a seamless workplace environment by overseeing office-related operations and needs.
• Support compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to training, career development, and organizational growth initiatives.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management
• Experience and knowledge in fast paced recruitment processes
• Proven track record in Technology, Mobile, or Software Development recruitment.
• Experience in implementing new HR processes, policies, or initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
