Some of Your Responsibilities:

• Graduated from university departments such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Labor Economics, etc.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience
• Knowledgeable about Technopark, R&D, and Free Zone regulations
• Competent in payroll and attendance (timesheet) processes
• Able to calculate legal rights and severance payments during termination processes
• Well-versed in Labor Law, Social Security Law (SGK), and Income Tax Law
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Good command of Netsis / Logo HR modules
• Preferably has a good command of English
• Team-oriented
• Analytical thinker, solution and result-oriented, detail-oriented, responsible

Job Description: 

• Conduct monthly payroll processes in compliance with Technopark and Free Zone regulations
• Calculate attendance, bonuses, incentives, meal, transportation, and other additional payments
• Track and record processes such as annual leave, medical reports, and absenteeism
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Manage notice and severance pay processes
• Prepare monthly payroll files and carry out the necessary procedures
• Review reports prepared by the payroll service provider

Genel Nitelikler:

• Üniversitelerin İşletme, İktisat, Maliye, Çalışma Ekonomisi vb. lisans bölümlerinden mezun
• Minimum 8-10 yıl arası mesleki deneyimi olan
• Teknopark, Ar-ge ve Serbest Bölge mevzuatlarına hakim
•  Bordrolama ve puantajlama süreçlerinde yetkin
•  İş Kanunu, SGK mevzuatı ve Gelir Vergisi Kanununa hakim
• MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen
• Çıkış süreçlerinde yasal hak ve tazminat hesaplamalarını yapacak
• İyi derecede Netsis / Logo IK modülü bilgisi olan
• Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip
•  Takım çalışmasına yatkın
• Analitik düşünebilen, çözüm ve sonuç odaklı, detaylara önem veren

İş Tanımı:

• Teknopark ve Serbest Bölge mevzuatlarına uygun olarak her ay Bordroların yapılması
•  Puantaj, prim, ikramiye yemek, yol ve diğer ek ödemelerin hesaplamalarını yapmak
• Yıllık izin, rapor devamsızlık gibi süreçleri takip etmek ve kayıt altına almak
• İşe giriş ve işten çıkış işlemlerini yapmak
•  İhbar ve kıdem tazminatı süreçlerini yürütecek
• Aylık bordro dosyalarının hazırlanmasını sağlamak ve gerekli işlemleri yürütmek
• Bordro hizmet sağlayıcısı tarafından hazırlanan raporları kontrol etmek
