Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize the web analytics pipeline (GA4, etc.).
• Synchronize cross-platform data flows (web, iOS, Android, server-side).
• Set up and optimize GTM, CAPI, Adjust/Appsflyer integrations.
• Configure setups for SKAN 4.0 and probabilistic attribution.
• Manage offline conversions, customer list matching, and CRM/CDP integrations.
• Develop frameworks for incrementality and A/B test measurement.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Web, App, CRM, and BI.
• Support performance marketing teams with effective marketing measurement. 
• Drive process improvements through pLTV, cohort, and retention/funnel reports.
• Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Development teams.
• Manage agencies and third-party partners when needed.
• Prepare the measurement roadmap and integrate new MarTech solutions.
• Promote analytics best practices and maintain documentation.

Your Profile

• Curious and eager to explore the latest in analytics, constantly looking for smarter ways to measure impact.
• Structured and analytical mindset, able to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong storytelling ability to explain data findings in a way that marketing, product, and leadership teams understand.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and thriving in environments where marketing, product, data, and engineering need to move together.
• Solution-oriented approach, proposing ways forward and experimenting until effective outcomes are achieved.
• Hands-on with tools while also thinking strategically about how they fit into the bigger picture.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn fast, embrace feedback, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Clear communicator who values documentation and ensures processes and learnings are easy to follow for others.
• Confident in managing agencies or third-party partners when needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
